Terms of Service
1. The service
ScalingTensor ("the service") is an API that routes chat and media-generation requests to third-party model providers. You access it with an API key created in the dashboard. We are not the model provider for any given request -- we route it to the provider you selected (or to a fallback provider, per that model's configuration) and bill you for it.
2. Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential and for all activity that occurs under them. If you believe a key has been compromised, revoke it from the dashboard and create a new one. We may suspend a key or account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or abusively.
3. Billing
The service is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis against a prepaid wallet balance. Requests are metered and charged against that balance in real time; if your balance is insufficient, requests will be rejected until you top up. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to generate content that is illegal, that infringes third-party rights, or that violates the acceptable-use policy of the underlying model provider for a given request. We may suspend access for use that violates this section.
5. Availability
The service depends on third-party model providers we do not control. We route around a provider outage where a fallback is configured for that model, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific model or provider.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScalingTensor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
