1. Data we collect
Account data (name, email) is collected and managed by this service and the login provider you use when you sign up or log in. We separately store your API keys, wallet balance, transaction history, and a log of API requests (model called, token/job counts, cost, timestamp) needed to bill and display usage in your dashboard.
2. Request content
The content of requests you send to the API (e.g. chat messages, media generation prompts) is forwarded to the model provider you selected in order to fulfill the request. We do not use the content of your requests to train any model.
3. How we use data
We use collected data to operate the service: authenticating you, metering and billing usage, displaying your usage history, and investigating abuse or fraud.
4. Sharing
We share request content with the third-party model provider needed to fulfill that specific request, and account/payment data with our authentication and payment processors as needed to operate the service. We do not sell your data.
5. Data retention
We retain usage logs and transaction history for as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with legal and accounting obligations after account closure.
6. Your choices
You can revoke API keys at any time from the dashboard. To request deletion of your account data, contact us at sales@scalingtensor.com.
